When I work with you as an intuitive life coach, our work is both analytical and spiritual. My approach to coaching is unique, as I can make use of spiritual guidance, alternative healing techniques, and extensive knowledge of the emotional level as it becomes appropriate in a session. 
  
My initial consultation with clients often turns into coaching programs, as we look at factors such as how their perception of a situation is contributing to the problem. This initial session, which lasts a minimum of half an hour and may be extended, provides the basis for my client to decide how they want to proceed. A series of coaching sessions when paid in advance has great discounted rates. The program will get positive results when you do your follow up. For emergency cases, the sessions can be really effective if you do more than once a week consultation.

Individual Healing Sessions
  
The focus of my healing work is on removing emotional blocks “the things that get you "stuck" so that you can move forward with your life. When you reach out to me, you are using your power to take the first step to healing. My approach to healing reinforces your power. Together, we build on what you know about yourself, but may not be aware that you know. 
  
If you come to me knowing that you want a certain treatment modality that is what we do. If you are not yet clear, and want to talk it through, we can have an initial consultation ($100). We will discuss what has brought you, and your questions and thoughts about treatment. Then you decide how you want to proceed. 

D. E. A. R. (Deep Emotional Alternative Release) is an empowering shamanic healing. It is not massage or therapy, but rather transformational work that releases emotional blocks, such as traumas, fears and insecurities. We are taught to control our feelings, and are often so successful that we deny them even to our self, in a form of unconscious self-protection. Once those feelings are consciously acknowledged and experienced deeply, they generally dissolve and are replaced by forgiveness. 
  
Often there are emotional conditions behind physical problems. If that is true for you, you may experience an improvement in your physical condition. This treatment can change your life forever. 
  
I use a combination of alternative healing modalities (including aromatherapy, chromotherapy (healing with colors), Reiki, Vital Energy, Deep Emotional Release Body Work, Hypnosis and NLP), to lead you to your subconscious and help to release your emotions through your chakras (energy and emotional centers). Once energy tied up in blockages has been released, that energy is available for you to use in achieving your goals.
  
D.E.A.R. treatment takes place on a massage table, and may last for two to four hours, depending on your individual needs.    

Vital Energy (Ki) treatment brings a 6,000 year old ancient healing art to the west. It helps balance the flow of energy in the body, reduce pain and toxicity, and restore natural health as well as reconnect you with the cosmic life force energy. The treatment involves touch on your energy meridians.

Reiki is a touch healing system of incomparable ease and power. For those who want to pursue healing, it is an energy attunement or initiation, while for others it is an energy release. This sets Reiki apart from every other form of laying-on of hands or touch healing. It opens and aligns our energy in the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. I use my hands to apply the energy through the ancient symbols, as well as psychic power to begin the process.  

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is an approach that integrates neurology, psychology, linguistics, cybernetics, and systems theory. You learn new ways to frame what you experience, and to organize your neurological "coding" and communications (with yourself--"self-talk" as well as others) in order to achieve special goals. Expressed another way, you change your old mental "code" through which you experience and operate in the world, for a new code. 

Fees and Scheduling   
Individual healing sessions are available depending on the location am at. You can reserve your visit time by paying half the fee for a session in advance. 
  
Because I travel so much in my work, individual sessions are best arranged well in advance, by e-mail. It may take me some time to respond to phone messages.
